Nested in one of the prime localities of upcoming residential developments close to IT parks, this project plans to provide its residents a “city-resort” like experience with verdant foliage, big trees, and large canopies which the city is well known for. The entrance arcade leads to a grand drop-off court perched next to a water body and floating pavilions, making the entry to this complex invigorating.

The articulated drive flanked by a series of shaded trees, amplitude of sporting facilities, fluid geometry of the jogging track, shaded green courtyard, open spaces between clubs and community halls, pool deck feature, use of water and the brilliant colors of the region’s flowering varieties enhanced by the exceptional climate of the region — all these combine to complete this urban sanctuary.
